Our people are available when you need them. At JAV, we understand that I.T. does not stop just because it is 5pm on Friday. This led JAV to be an early adopter of 24 x 7 services.

24 x 7 roster support is automatically provided within our recruitment service. Contractors can be backfilled at short notice from the large JAV pool of trained and experienced I.T. people. This 24 x 7 oncall support service also includes technical support and management within our outsourcing agreements.
